Carson City BBQ catered my mother's 90th birthday for over 100 guests almost two years ago. I'm still hearing how good the food was. We had them cater our 40th anniversary this summer. Great options (all delicious) and service. There was nothing required of myself or our guests at the events other than showing up for the celebration and a great meal
Several years ago, I got the opportuinity to taste Carson City BBQ's Ribs, chicken, Sause ....I had finally felt at home back in Louisiana! I couldn't wait to run into them again. Since then, I have been to a few professionally catered parties and got to tail gate with them at UNR KKOH party before the UNR game, best way to describe them is; I'm one happy and well fed Lady!! You want the BEST BBQ ever with mouth watering food, cooked right at your party with good, great, the best service ever. Them call Carson City BBQ, I did and it's the best thing I ever did. All my family and friends cant stop talking about how great the food and service was. We cant wait til the rib cook-of to get more. We want to try the BIG beef ribs they say their like the flintstones :) ribs. The staff even took the time to show a few of my guest how the smoker works. Thanks to Carson City BBQ my party was a big hit.
I agree with everything said but I've trying the BIG BEEF RIBS and that is exactly what they are . Mmm good
The Food and Services were great. We had Prime Rib, chicken, garlic potatoes and pasta salad to die for. The staff is well dressed and very polite. I have to say anyone getting married should have Carson City BBQ for the food and service.
I have had the opportunity to use Carson City BBQ on two occassions. Once for a backyard wedding and another time for a large corporate employee appreciation BBQ. They do an amazing job. First of all, they cooked right there at our event location so I knew they were cooking just for us, not bringing left overs from another job or restaurant.
