I recently had my carpets cleaned in Kansas City by Carson Brothers Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out! I called in the morning to set up an appointment, and they were able to come out to my place in Kansas City that same day. I used to use a different carpet cleaning company for many years, but after this experience, I’ll be switching over for sure. There were a couple of tough spots on my carpet where my dog had gotten sick. Zachary came to clean a bedroom that had an odd smell after it was left too wet by a previous cleaning. He arrived on time, explained the whole process, and made sure I understood what to expect. Zachary also let me know I could reach out if the odor didn't go away. He figured out what was causing the smell, deep cleaned, deodorized, and made sure to remove most of the moisture from the carpet. i recently spilled coffee on my expensive rug and was really worried about the stain. i contacted a carpet cleaning company, and jacob came by to help. he took my rug and used his skills to get it looking like new again, all for a fair price. i am very happy with the results and impressed with the carpet cleaning service. i highly recommend this company for anyone needing quality rug cleaning and repair.

I reached out to Carson Brothers Carpet Cleaning and got a quick call back. I explained what I needed for my carpets, and Zachary let me know what was possible.
