Extremely disappointed with my latest experience (this would be my 3rd time.) Previous experiences were better. They WERE professional in their work. Came for the inspection appointment but got quoted very much lower than what was supposedly the market range. (this quotation range was BEFORE any inspection were even made.) I've already checked online regarding the market range for BOTH end user markets (FB & Mudah) as well as for instant cash/dealer trade-in value markets (Carsome/Carro). ZERO STARS EXPERIENCE Greeted by a rude (although he is smiling) staff. When he asked what was my expected selling price, and I gave him a price, he said “Mana u dpt harga ini? Pergilah jual kat sana.” Please improve customer service, this is not how you speak to people.
Dont need to waste your time at Carsome. Online putting false information of the valuation price!! The staff told me because online is not updated, that was last years price. Helloooo... its July now & you still putting last years price??
I had trouble finding the place to send the car for inspection and coupled with heavy rain the process was unpleasant. A clear sign would be appreciated or ore specific guide should be given to customer to efficiently arrive at the inspection area. To make matters worse, the only number available for phone call is the general customer service and it took over 30mins for local branch staff to get back to me causing me to have missed the appointment and wasted my time that afternoon. I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Carsome. Based on the online quotation provided, my car was estimated at around RM52,000 – RM53,000 under excellent condition. However, after booking an inspection appointment and arriving at the branch, the staff directly informed me that the highest value offer would only be around RM46,000 even before the inspection process had started.
