1 Star I visited the CARSOME SPICE Penang showroom with the intention of purchasing a car. There were plenty of staff in the showroom, but unfortunately, no one approached me, greeted me, or offered any assistance. I waited for a while, expecting someone to help, but I was completely ignored. It was disappointing to see so many staff present yet no one attending to potential customers. I eventually left without viewing any cars properly. Customer service should be a priority, especially when there are enough staff available.... read more
