I’ve come here for about 2 years now, over time the team has completely changed and the level of customer service has definitely declined, I used to always be warmly greeted by this skinny Malay guy who’s always went above and beyond in making sure I knew exactly what needed to be changed and serviced, and if I contacted him days after my service date, he will still respond and try to help me solve the problem. Great experience at CARSOME Service Center Ampang. My service consultant, Haran, was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Appointment booking was easy, and the service process was efficient. I also appreciated the complimentary 20-point vehicle inspection, which gave me a good overview of my car’s condition. For non-routine issues, they can inspect, provide a quotation, and arrange a follow-up appointment for repairs, making the whole process very convenient.
Good place for servicing and can see our car doing the inspection from the customer lounge.
