Improve organization, improve accuracy of completion times, improve employee training so they provide accurate charges upfront, instead of calling and up charging. Also, when you lose an item of your customers..... actually do what say you will do to make it right. The owner stated he would find it, and/or make it right, however over 30-days later, zero follow up. Cannot recommend....

Whatever you do STAY CLEAR of the Troy location... I bought a Groupon $69.99 for a basic inside and outside detail. (It was supposed to be a $129.99 value). Getting an appointment wasn't a problem. It was when I picked my car up and realized how bad of a job they did. I called and complained and Chris, the manager said bring it back in and we will redo it. The redo was just as bad. When I told him I was not satisfied the second time he said "you can just get out of here I'm not wasting anymore time with you". Real nice custo... read more
