Had a deep scratch on the back of my 2016 Cadillac. Went to the manager of Carsmetics, Connell Fuller. Under Connell's supervision, Carsmetics had previously repaired a fender and bumper on a 2011 Cadillac that I owned at that time and did a marvelous job in record time. Connell quoted me an excellent price for my 2016, much better than the Cadillac dealer, and they fixed the scratch in one day and did a pristine job. You can't tell that the scratch was ever there. I'm surprise these people haven't shut down yet. Brought my car in for a simple fender bender repair, paint start to peel off. I contacted the shop they wouldn't fix it, because they say it wasn't there work, i had done something wrong to it. I contacted the BBB , they told me to bring it back for a fix, and still couldn't do it right. What The Hell.! Please continue to contact BBB people, Hopefully we all can get Carsmetics to shut down.
They dont own up to their mistakes!! I would never go here again because in their professional opinion(connell Fuller), my bumper didnt need replaced. Now, not even 3 weeks later, i have parts falling off my bumper and they refuse to acknowledge that they should have replaced my bumper instead of repairing it. Pros: Customer service was better than average. Conas: Repairs took longer than promised. Work done on my car was average quality, good work due to the price it cost. But the worst thing is that they were suppose to fix the back but damaged the front and will not take responsibility. Even worse, they swapped out my brand new factory headlights and put in old after market ones and denied that they did it on my brand new car. Go across the street to bob howard which has been in business for years!
One of the best customer services I've ever dealt with. The nicest most honest men working there as well. Had some minor damage and a few other things on my car and they offered to fix a few small things no charge. Love to give business to people like this. Had the cheapest quote in edmond too. Would recommend to anyone who has minor damage on their car.
