Bought a car from them for 14 k rear subframe was rusted and cost me 8k
Terrible communication…
I recently bought a used car from here. The car looked well maintained from the CarFax report and it was in immaculate condition both externally and internally. After a few months of usage when I took it for scheduled service, I was shown that it had serious rust issues underneath. The shop complained that the subframe was ready to fall part at any road bump and the brake lines were also rusted making it very unsafe to drive. People were nice, maybe a little bit too nice as buying the car took awhile longer due to talking off topic. Very straight up with pricing, car had a nail in the tire when i got home though, maybe I ran over it on the way back maybe not. No other issues with the car though.
Just purchased a Mercedes Benz C230 and by far it was the best experience I've had in a long time with purchasing vehicles I recommend this dealer to everyone that reads this Alan and Micheal was great and they made the process smooth as possible thank you guys and I'll return to get another vehicle very soon definitely a 5 star experience
