When they finished with our car they put it in their parking lot with all the windows down on a super windy day. By the time we got to our car it was filled with dust and leaves and we were just lucky that no one had stolen anything. I noticed that a lot of other cars in the parking lot also had their windows down. Seriously unprofessional.
PROS: They fixed my car when I was stranded from out of town with my family. CONS: They hiked the labor prices to TWICE the normal cost ($500 labor for an alternator with 1.5 hours of labor), because they knew my family was stranded from out of town and needed the work done quickly to get home. I was blatantly and unapologetically taken advantage of financially. Would NOT recommend.
Had a great experience with Norman. He was very thorough, kind, and helpful when we took in a car we were considering buying.
Best car shop in town, they work fast and they are thorough. They are also willing to put on parts you buy other places and bring to them which is wonderful, as a lot of places are not willing to do that.
