We have been coming to Carsmart for over 6 years and we have never had an issue. They are amazing, we Definitely recommend Carsmart.
I have a love hate relationship here. They have done good work in the past however the last two times left us unsatisfied with the bigger one being we took my wife’s Mercedes into them as it had quite a few problems. It was blowing white smoke and the engine was rattling and sounded awful. They looked at it, did a lot of work including changing spark plugs and a few other things. When we picked up the car it was still blowing white smoke, the engine was still making awful noises, and the check engine light popped right back ... read more
Maybe try to get a more pleasant person at the front desk. She acts miserable to be there.
We went in for a PPI, not knowing we needed an appointment (our bad for not checking). But luckily we caught them at a good time and they squeezed us right in. We were very lucky! They are great to work with!
