I had some basic questions about purchasing an EV. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and easy to reach by phone. He was also definitive in his advice, which gave me confidence. I wanted to compensate him for his time and expertise, but he refused. I'm glad to know that I can approach someone like Jim for future automotive purchase needs.
My wife and now have used Jim's services to acquire four new cars over the past 12 years. Like others have mentioned, the fee is well worth the time saved having to research cars, negotiate with dealers, return old cars and then pick up the new one. He takes care of everything, including negotiation, applying whatever discounts he can find, taking care of getting new license plates (and getting refunds for old ones), delivering the new car, and taking the old leased car back. There is no better way to buy a car. We took our first delivery of a vehicle from Car Smart in 2002 when our eldest daughter was born.
