Not very professional.
So much care. I bought my car from Markosian auto and read the warranty wrong. So I got a text saying I would have to come out of pocket for my service. And they went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I will be paying better attention to the warranty but Car Smart hyrum you have my business. Plus I was in and out and she even talked to me the whole time… Customer service spot on
They have always treated me right and fair. Been going for a few years. Honest shop with fair prices.
The nicest people! I went to Oreilleys to get a new battery that was complicated and they couldn't replace, hopped next door to CarSmart and they were so amazing at taking care of me and my car and getting the battery replaced for me. I could not be more grateful for their kindness.
It was my first time dealing with the Hyrum Carsmart. Everyone there were super friendly. Travis diagnosed the problem I was having quickly and the repair was started that day. One part did not come complete so the missing part had to be ordered but he found it quickly and the repair was completed the next morning. I am thrilled with his service and will definitely be going back for future repairs.
