Dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. If you can, I strongly recommend paying in cash and getting a receipt every time. Their online payment portal is unreliable—I’ve had money taken from my account, only to be told they never received it. What makes it worse is the lack of support. They don’t take accountability or help resolve the issue, and instead continue sending messages saying the account is past due.
