This is my 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased and the staff is top shelf and professional. Highly recommend!!
My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt like I wasn’t being treated honestly. I expected better customer service and transparency. Based on my experience, I’d recommend checking out Auto Express a few minutes down the road instead. I won’t be returning or recommending this dealership.
Thad a very frustrating experience with Carsmark. Would give it 0 stars if I could. For an extended period, I tried to get my vehicle looked at and felt like I was repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, and I had difficulty getting updates or assistance regarding my vehicle. Initially, I went because they were highly recommended. My experience there was none like no other and I can’t make this up if I wanted to. I was greeted by a well put together lady as she sat me to wait for the sales person because they were running late. After 30 minutes of waiting, the most unpleasant, unprofessional person sat me at the front desk to where I witnessed her continuously vaping and opening a message on the computer screen to pictures of multiple men and their exposed parts. I am very pleased with my car buying experience at Carsmark! Christina took care of me start to finish. Held my hand as I was not having thr greatest of days. The friendliest staff you will meet. Clean dealership and nice atmosphere. My Jeep Cherokee Latitude was worth waiting for. I recommend these folks to anyone having trouble purchasing for any reason. Thank you all again.
