Been with the company for a year, receptionist Ty is extremely unprofessional. Sits on the phone with a friend talking about liquor when you’re trying to make a payment. Had me wait a 1 hr and didn’t tell anyone I was there for my rental the tell’s me she’s going to tell someone i’m there and pulls off instead of notifying anyone. Try’s to disable your car for no reason, and I still haven’t received a rental to get my car fixed. On the other hand receptionist Christina is very professional and easy to work with.
