I would not recommend this dealership based on my personal experience. After I purchased my vehicle, they locked it up, and I was repeatedly told things that turned out not to be true. I felt like I was constantly getting the runaround instead of getting honest answers, and the lack of communication made the whole experience frustrating. If you do not want to be without a car every other month for weeks at a time then this is not the place to go. Vehicles have problems after problems and NEVER has a rental until your vehicle is fixed 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Not to mention soon as you don’t pay by a certain time your car is disabled so just keep in mind when going there. Wish I never recommended my family there AT ALL..
Thad a very frustrating experience with Carsmark. Would give it 0 stars if I could. For an extended period, I tried to get my vehicle looked at and felt like I was repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, and I had difficulty getting updates or assistance regarding my vehicle.
