Collected from Wolverhampton on 9th Jan - by 3rd Feb car had an issue. Reported it immediately. After many phone calls I managed to get booked in with a Sytner Land Rover dealership for repair on 13th Feb - unknown software detected so suspected remap - was booked in for replacement and authorised but part was on back order. I'm another one posting "awful service" I'm afraid. Bought a Honda CRV, even the purchase process didn't go smoothly, but I'd had the car a whole day when it catastrophically died. We then had weeks of repeatedly ignored emails and repeatedly ignored phone calls and requests for call backs, from multiple different people (mainly the sales people).
