Desperate dealership. Poor product knowledge, horrific customer service and no respect for the client. Avoid at all costs. It’s a nil star. I’ve dealt with multiple Sytner dealerships over 20 years and all have been good, this one is definitely the runt of the litter.
Good service from Nathan Quinn, he listened to my concerns and took appropriate actions to make things right. Not everything can go perfect at the start but it's how you address issues and he's done a great job
