This place has given me the biggest headache for the past 5 months !!!! I have had 2 cars from them now since May this year!! We nearly purchased a Grey BMW M3 Competition until we discovered multiple faults, suspicious mileage history and a highly questionable MOT. Supposedly, a “full major service” and 135-point check had been completed, yet they failed to spot broken parts that had been siliconed onto the car, wheels in need of refurbishment, and most importantly brakes that are in poor condition. Ali is one of the best sales people I have met. Welcoming and kind. Patient and unassuming. Answers all questions thoroughly and also spends considerable time showing how to operate the car and syncing phone to Bluetooth. He deserves to win employee of the month over and over.
