I bought a car in the past week with Sytner Northants. Danny K made the process very easy and helped me to find the right car within my budget. I’ve since had some issues with the car so took it into the Sytner workshop where the team were very friendly and helpful. It now needs to go to VW to be fixed which was all arranged by Sytner/covered. So far, it’s been a much nicer experience than when I bought my last car and I’m super grateful for the nice, friendly team.
I purchased a car from this dealership in August 2024 - A Seat Ateca. At the time, I was assured that the vehicle came with a full service history, supposedly stored digitally and accessible at a later date. Trusting the reputation of the business, I went ahead with the purchase.
