I purchased a Renault Arkana though Sal at Motor Range, he dealt with the process professionally and attentively. There were some delays due to the workload in the workshop (which is not a fault of sales). Sal was helpful and kept me updated at each stage and was only apologetic for the extra delay. Overall a good experience.
Great service from Sal, was a struggle to get the car due to issues out of his control.. however professional and felt well looked after
I had a good experience at Motor Range Manchester. No hard sell, Sal was a very pleasant, helpfull and polite. He took the time to give me as much info as possible before visiting the showroom as I lived around 200 miles away therefore I needed to be pretty sure the car was going to be a good purchase. I can not comment on after sales but the process for purchasing the car was professional and relaxed (I did not require finance or have a car to part exchange so a simpler process for me).
Given the, as yet unresolved, faults found since I purchased the car I would sadly have to revise my original review from four stars to, at best, two stars.
