Wasted 5 hours here, was guaranteed financing. No documentation was sufficient, we needed an Electric Bill, a Mortgage Bill, and Social Security Cards, We gave them many things fully listed with our names on them - all listed above. After that they wanted more it just kept continuing more, more, and more. Eventually gave up and walked out. When they can't get money in a sufficient time from you, even with a down payment, they'll sit you in the corner and move forward, you are not a priority anymore.
They worked magic to fit me in and address a tire issue that was keeping me off the road.
