I had face and foot reflexology with Catherine. It was my first time with the treatment and as someone that finds it very hard to relax- I was apprehensive. But Catherine was kind, professional and understanding. The treatment was wonderful. And so relaxing and beneficial. I enjoyed it very much and can't wait to rebook. I would 100% recommend Catherine.
I came to see Catherine feeling burnt out, exhausted and stressed. In just one session, she managed to completely relax me and encourage my body to heal from the exhaustion.
