Courtney and Alastair (I think that's the male receptionist's name) are wonderful, caring and excellent at their jobs. Unfortunately, the new practice manager is not and it shows in the ineffective management of appointments, patients and doctors, abysmal communication and complete lack of empathy displayed in the phone call we just shared. Regular GPs have left while those who remain are not accepting new patients but still able to take bookings? Not to mention the excessively long wait, even for child appointments. Dr Weber is hands down the best GP. I often see other GPs in the center too and all are amazing. Just want to add, receptionist Courtney is amazing! So so kind and understanding and helpful. Used to dread ringing up but now I don't have a worry at all as she's great!!! Best receptionist!!!
DR BAER, was the best doctor I've ever had. Unfortunately we relocated and the distance became too far. I miss her incredibly, she is so thorough. DR Pitt is really good too. He initially discovered my chronic illness. The reception staff are amazing too.
