Do not buy or trust these people. I spoke with Marcia and dealt mostly with her. After the Journey I purchased blow the motor they were supposed to find me another comfortable vehicle. After many months they neither returned my money or got me a vehicle. I went to court and placed a judgment on both parties. However, they are both scum because they have yet to pay me the $3200 they owe me. They both changed their numbers and wouldn't return my call.
Please do not buy a car from Cars Express! I was totally scammed and defrauded of money and services! I’m filing a civil case. I spoke with the authorities today and am pursuing a civil action for breach of verbal contract taking advantage of disabled person and have 2 witnesses! UPDATE: car came with inspection 1 month old and issues with 1 headlight out and blinkers didn’t work. I took it to to a mechanic which failed inspection had to replace headlight unit and wires were mangled up had to have it rewired, and other issue... read more
