The owner, Abbas Kamil Abbas, forced me to pay him $1243 without my approval or allowing me to test drive the car. Then he assaulted and threatened me that he will destroy me and my family to not complain or confront him with the car issues. He did the following: 1) replaced the fluid brake with a contaminated one that had to be replaced next day 2) installed new pads and rotors incorrectly resulting in loud noise and had to be replaced next day 3) Installed a new caliber incorrectly so that it was cross-threaded and leaking... read more

I had a very serious and unsafe experience with the brake work done at this shop. He damaged my brake master cylinder and changed it without my approval claiming that it was a safety concern. What is funny is he did not know how to install the brake master cylinder so instead of lasting 10+ years, it lasted 6 months only. Bec of his wrong installation, the car brakes stopped working while driving!
