I’ve worked in the auto industry for almost 3 decades and have purchased many cars and this was one of the easiest deals I have ever had. Victor and Paige were great and Fillipo was very helpful as well. Highly recommend
I went to test drive a vehicle (that was well priced and low km’s) and put deposit to hold. Within 10 hours I found another with lower km’s and a few thousand lower as well that I wanted to see, I informed Victor. I cannot say enough of how professional and lovely he was even though I went with other car. Very friendly customer service and Paige was very knowledgeable in helping with financing a used vehicle with warranty. Overall a great experience for purchasing a vehicle.
Less than a year later the headliner completely dropped, the transmission and exhaust system, specifically the exhaust system was said to be poorly fixed (stated by exhaust shop) and the muffler fell off at the weld point and Im needing it completely fixed only 2 years later (was "repaired" under Cars Unlimited warranty after purchase). Extremely dissapointed. Willing to work with owner and I will fix my review, just let me know.
So bad to buy car over here. They didn’t fix anything before you pick the car.
