I was very impressed with my 1st experience here. The repair was done quickly and priced very reasonably. The 2nd experience was far from that. Not only was I overcharged for a diagnostic scan but was given an estimate that was 10 times higher that what it cost at a different shop. As I was being told over the phone the price of the parts I was looking on-line at the prices being quoted. I took my car in there to diagnose a clanging noise. They told me it was the water pump. Quoted me 560 dollars to fix it. I declined. Knowing it is literally a 45 minute replacement. Because that is what it took me to change it in my own garage. Water pump 29 dollars. The noise is still there. I called and asked them how they came about the decision it was the water pump.
