I was about 50 miles from home when my battery light suddenly came on and I had to pull over immediately. Jim at CARS couldn’t have been more helpful—he got me in right away, explained what was going on, and helped me out in a real pinch. Honest, professional, and genuinely kind. I can’t thank Jim enough for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend!
This is the real mechanics shop. They fix it right the first!!
I was very impressed with my 1st experience here. The repair was done quickly and priced very reasonably. The 2nd experience was far from that. Not only was I overcharged for a diagnostic scan but was given an estimate that was 10 times higher that what it cost at a different shop. As I was being told over the phone the price of the parts I was looking on-line at the prices being quoted.
