THIS GUY is impossible to deal with. Once he gets your money he won't answer the phone anymore. Sells vehicles with hot safety inspections ,complete LOSER
Bought a used 2008 Audi A4 from these guys a few years back. Had an issue with there being only one key fob, and they had told me they would get another one made for me. Once they got their money, they were impossible to reach for that key fob. Travelled from Brampton to test drive and they were unable to take the vehicle out of the parking space because it was icy, and there was no tread on the tires. Had to come back for a rescheduled test drive.
These guys give a nice service and absolutely want to keep their customers. if you have problem with your car just call them or come to their dealership and they will look for a solution for you, give advised support, and if youre not really good with english language (as me) they will take time to understand you, to know what you really want, to guide and help you. I purchased a truck from this dealer back in July 2014. When I picked up my truck a dash light was on. He said it would go out, but never did. It took days to get him to return my call. When he did finally answer, we agreed that I would have it fixed and he would reimburse me the charge and that never happened. Also when I bought the truck he agreed to get the key fobs for the vehicle from the dealer. But again this never happened.
