I spoke with Samantha on Saturday and was in my new Car Monday Morning! This is such a great service if anyone is struggling with getting car finance or getting loans for cars, it gives everyone a fair go and chance and start with either building their credit score or getting their credit rating back on track, very helpful and me and kids now have a reliable car to get from A to B so highly recommend!!
Excellent!!! Everyone is so friendly. Communication Is 💯 . Been with them for a good couple of months and very happy with the car and the customer service.
They are a rip off, and change what they say and there contract after, they cant charge properly and only charge on 1 day a week, but can take other payments on different days. Not worth 1 star as need for posting. Says csnt take anything from bond and only used for damages, which there wasn't any but when used for 1 extra day then story changes. RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, EVEN THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD.
Spoke with a lady and once I mentioned I was a support worker and take clients to shop or appointment I was turned down saying the cars being driven to much is no good so that goes to show your cars aren't worth the money your asking for them
Easy and quick process which is always a positive amazing. the ladies that work in the office are very friendly! My hire car was exactly as described and well maintained, no issues at all while hiring- I highly recommend Cars on terms to anyone looking to hire or finance!! 10/10
