I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Cars on Cook. Our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. We purchased a vehicle for $16,000, which ended up being around $2,000 more than the original advertised asking price. We were advised that the motor had been replaced prior to our purchase, and there were receipts showing close to $10,000 worth of parts and work completed. Stoked with my Lancer I bought almost 2wks ago, great car, Low kms, no problems at all. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the guys at Cars on Cook. Thanks Tom.

Paid $9-10k for a Hyundai, was told it had been fully serviced and checked before putting out in the yard. Owner informed us it had no mechanical issues. Had it less than 2 months before it broke down. Our mechanic informed us the car had clearly never been serviced and had oil leaking throughout the entire engine. Needs a whole new engine costing upwards of 7k. Dealership refused to take any responsibility for knowingly selling a lemon. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Dodgy dealership.

Sold me a car that had 3 open recalls on it. The fuel cap also doesn't open. The fog lights didn't work. The brakes were only flushed when I asked why they were so spongy. The oil needed changing badly and also needed a service. I would suggest getting RAC to come have a look at a car if you're looking to get one from these guys. Just to make sure everything is OK before you buy. They shouldn't have sold me the car with the recalls without getting them done..
