I applied for finance on an M3 Touring that was for sale from Cars of Somerset and while I was still awaiting a decision from the lender, they went ahead and sold the car to someone else. No courtesy call, no chance to secure the vehicle, nothing. Completely unprofessional and left me very disappointed. If you value transparency and good customer service, I’d look elsewhere.

Deposit paid and car delivered.. when arrived it wasnt as described with faults.. dirty and grass in the boot.. car was rejected under the distance selling regulations and now my deposit is being refused to be returned!!

Bought a defender of Jake absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble had a little hiccup within the 3 months absolutely no quibble about him paying for it to be fixed paid the day he got the bill thank you so much highly recommend
