I reviewed the wrong company. I have no beef with cars of Sarasota. I've dealt with Cars Of Sarasota for years and they have been very fair.
Real verified customer. Paid in cash. Receipts approved. I am updating this review because the owner replied with a blatant lie. Trying to deceive the public. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this business. Bad faith bargaining, deceptive trades practices, and predatory sales tactics. 🐍
Cars of Sarasota don't even deserve to have a 1 star. More like no star, this company is horrible, there bank Toni don't even know her own contract. They give a 10days grace period but it's really not a grace period. I got a car that's not even worth 3000 and I should have know and sold it to me for 10,000. The owner Chris is very disrespectful. Trust me guys stay away from them I was behind 15days and they came to pick up the car. Have my stuff in the car never told me they coming for it.
Chris at Cars of Sarasota is awesome! My dad and I have bought a few cars from them over the years and it’s always been a great experience. Chris is super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a car!
I met Chris in 2011, pulled into his shop with my 1996 Toyota Camry Wagon, driving back from Tampa my brakes were nonexistent. Not knowing me at all, he would not let me leave without brakes, even though I could not pay until the next week. Chris serviced my wagon for the last 15 years, never once, told me to buy something new or newer, because he listened to me and he is honest.
