Very disappointed, after buying a car it died within days due to new battery needed, then concerns raised about no air con and suspension and brakes were reviewed at Seaview MOT centre (who worked with Kinson cars and did the previous MOT) and they brushed it off or couldn't fix anything because air con machine broken, just brake harder I was told or these cars make these sounds over bumps. In reality at another garage they explained almost the whole suspension needs replacing including shocks and struts and the brake discs ... read more
I picked up my new (to me) car today and cannot thank Dan and Adam from cars of Kinson enough. It’s 16 years since I bought a car, They were both really helpful and extremely patient answering my questions (of which there were many) The experience was very straightforward and they kept me updated. Very disappointing experience. I purchased a used Kia Sportage from Cars of Kinson in April 2025, and less than six months later the engine completely failed. Despite reporting the problem well within that six-month period, the dealership has refused to repair, replace, or refund the vehicle. I’ve provided them with full details and even offered to let them inspect the car, but they have consistently refused to authorise diagnostics or take responsibility.
