Great start…Dubious finish…bullying & bad business practice…. Honest review from our perspective Initial insurance repair undertaken with decent communication via Sam & myself following exceptional service in the past on a previous vehicle. Whole process started in November 2024 with communications ending in May 2025. Collection changed to afternoon to allow for final valet & wash which would take a ‘few hours’. Wow what a refreshing experience at Cars of Grimsby, having been a professional driver of many years doing 55k miles a year the odd incident was inevitable. Repairs often taking weeks, by organisations prioritising main dealer work over your much needed vehicle. I took my car to cars of Grimsby to get a quote for a scratch repair and Mark asked if he could try something first, 10 minutes later he had polished out the scratches from wing and door and I was on my way. That's what I call brilliant friendly service!
