Transmission shop before this didn’t charge me anything just to look it over. This one charged me $141 for a full car diag (even though I just needed them to look at the transmission) just to tell me the same thing, that it’s basically a loss

I had a great experience at Cars LLC: the Subaru shop! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and kind people… Then come down to this shop for your Subaru! The minute you step in the door you feel invited and comfortable. Ellen at the front desk is warm and kind. I brought Reba(my Subaru) there to get looked at to see if she had a fighting chance. Great experience with these guys! Brought my wife’s crosstrek in thinking the worst and they diagnosed the problem changed the parts and had us out the door before the afternoon. Thought she’d be without a car for a few days and got it back just a few hours later. Grateful there’s still honest shops still out there!
CARS, LLC provides the kind of service that is rare to find these days. They recently completed a major engine overhaul on my 2010 Forester XT (head gaskets, timing belt, radiator, etc.). The work was high-quality and professional. When a minor peripheral part (VVT solenoid) failed shortly after pickup, they went above and beyond—towing the car and fixing the issue free of charge to ensure I was safely back on the road.
