Traved from chatham to look at an suv was told on the phone the car was very good and the price seemed reasonable. On the phone the salesman was attentive but when we arrived he didn't have the time of day for us after I questioned the condition of the vehicle. The suv was filthy dirty inside and out and smelled musty, not at all what was told to us earlier. They were not overly busy but could not care less.
Extremely rude sales team, I’m looking to buy a new car and decided to check out cars in lobo, I like a couple of the vehicles on the lot and went in to the office looking to test drive some. But apparently test drives are only for “serious” buyers. Don’t worry if you didn’t want to test drive you can’t sit in them either, after asking if I could at least sit in one of them I was denied again with the same “serious” buyer reason.
