Philip and Stacey. For reasons out of our control, we had to back trade our near new car. Shane and Leanne couldn't have been more helpful. We even had a mechanical problem with the car we bought ( no fault of Cars Galore) Shane organized to get our car picked up and taken to Toowoomba. Long story but car was eventually fixed and all under warranty. All I had to do was talk to Shane and Leanne. They did everything they could to look after us. Can't recommend them highly enough. Pleasure to do business with.
Great service. Excellent value and no nonsense or “smoke and mirrors”. A great local business and was a bonus to have a chat with Will Brown the awesome V8 supercar driver who was working in his family business this morning. Shane, Leanne and Will were professional, down to earth, easy to deal with, straight up, and it was just a great experience buying a car from them. Highly recommend.
My wife and I needed to purchase a second car after her work took back the company vehicle.
