I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from this dealership. My experience has been truly disappointing from the moment I purchased my car. I paid a significant amount of money, yet the work promised was not done correctly, The paint protection was never done i believe as the Brandon checked the first day and said yes, its not done at all, and my car has now been left with them for over a week with no updates and no communication. Drove from SI to collect our new car. Staff were warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, even though it was Saturday morning and they were busy with walk ins and short staffed. Car was sitting in the showroom, wow. We were given a detailed lookover and instruction on how everything worked by Shaun. Taken for a test drive etc. The whole purchase process was seamless. We would highly recommend this franchise. Thanks guys, we'll done.
