The people were gre at, very friendly & got a great deal on a car.
Went to the location on 249, was greeted and told that someone would be with us shortly. After waiting around in the Lobby, for over 10 minutes while a couple of sales people walked in and out of the lobby. I told my boyfriend let’s go! I have worked in the customer service industry for years, and this was definitely the worst customer service experience. I was prepared to pay cash and leave with a car today. Apparently my money wasn’t good enough to be serviced here. I will take my business elsewhere, where I am appreciated... read more
