Incredibly honest and efficient service at Cars ExceL M (3710 Morse Ave, Lincolnwood, IL). Liviu Laurean, the owner, saved me nearly $1,000 by patching a tire instead of recommending a full replacement of all four. Most shops would’ve upsold me, but he gave a straightforward assessment and had the work done quickly. I really appreciated the integrity and speed. I’ve been using this shop for many, many years. I’ve referred many friends and family because of their great service, body work is top notch, and their prices are very fair. I don’t live close, but I’ll still go out of my way to get my family’s cars serviced, even with these insane gas prices. Get your car here. You won’t be disappointed
The auto engine maintenance was a breeze, thanks to the knowledgeable and professional staff! They made sure our car ran smoothly and efficiently—all with great customer service.
Beware of these guys, they are very expensive, they replaced good part, after I left the shop, I drove 40 miles and my car broke down which cost me another repair. The owner is rude and won't accept that he made a mistake. I think I will contact consumer service.
