My check engine light came on and went to O'Reilly to get a diagnostic done, called these guys to see what it could cost, and they got back to me saying that it most likely is a false alarm, and gave me option of coming to clear the code and then if anything popped back up to let them know. So genuinely kind that they were more concerned about giving me reliable information than to charge me or tell me it needs to be fixed. I had what I thought was a minor RV tire emergency while passing through on my way to Colorado. These guys set fair expectations by saying they weren't confident they could help because it's an RV. Then they got it fixed up in 10 minutes anyway. Super friendly guys, even gave me tips on nearby camping spots.

2,500 miles into a cross country 5,500 mile road trip and I had a slow leak in a tire that I would keep airing up every hour. Pulled into CARS and asked if they had time to try and fix the leak. They jacked the car up in the lot, found the issue (partial debead of the tire off the wheel, not an actual puncture). Don’t know the name of the gentleman that helped but he was able to re-bead the tire and send us on our way. There was also a bada$$ classic car in the shop so you know these guys are about it.

We pulled into town today with our motorcycle trailer on one wheel. The gentlemen here immediately offered their assistance and expertise. They didn’t have the required parts on hand, but within moments they found what we needed at a store down the road. I went to grab the parts while they pulled the wheel and hub from my trailer. I have an older vehicle that needed some repairs, and I wanted to do some PM's while it was in there shop. Throughout the process, I was kept informed, and was surprised at there level of honesty. Some things I just did not need to have done. The techs at C.A.R.S. completed all the work needed, on time, and at the quoted price. If you need repairs or service on your vehicles, don't wast your time with anybody else, go to C.A.R.S. These guys are AWESOME.
