Well, I heard good things about CARS, but I never got the chance to find out. I walked in on Tuesday to make an appointment to get some work done, and 2 young men were sitting at the desk chatting. No one else was in the waiting area. When no one bothered to greet me as a customer walking through the door, I said "Good Morning!"- still neither bothered to stop chatting or look in my direction, so I left. I guess your company has too much business to be bothered with new customers. Good for you.
First review I take time to make on google to tell you how much of a bad experience I had. I brought my car for a window issue, look at them working on it for 15 minutes and got charge 200 dollars for an hour. Definitely not honest
I have been coming here for years and always have incredible service. This last repair was diagnosed, part ordered from Vancouver, and repaired all within the day (and my car has never felt better!). Will always recommend CARS.
