He even don't know how to talk to customer, behave like selling Lamborghini. Such a pathetic salesman.
I was recommended their service by my partner that had used them before for a loan car so called then as I was needing help asap for a few weeks urgently. I called them and advised what I was looking for, they then hung up on me when I told them I was just looking to loan a car, not purchase one. I called back a few more times and repeatedly got hung up on. Not a good way to run a business. I ended up going somewhere else.
DON'T RENT A CAR FROM THEM! I have rented different cars from them over a period of 10 months. I had several issues during that time. They once gave me a car where the windshield wipers were fully broken, the left front door couldn't be opened, one of the windows was broken.. They didn't mention any of that and I have only noticed when I had already driven back to Byron Bay. They gave me a 10 dollar discount per week, which is ridiculous! Terrible car rental company. NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM. They will find any reason not to give you your deposit back. They sent me an email once I returned back to Canada that because I had overdue payments, which a payment schedule was never made, that it was a breach of contract and they are keeping the $500 deposit.
I had a terrible experience buying car with them. I don’t recommend.
