Bought a vehicle at the beginning of summer. Was told there were new tires and brakes on the car, and I was given no reason not to trust them at the time. I come to find out (from bringing my car in for an oil change) that the tires were from 2016 and not in fact new, the inner side walls were crumbling from age which was not visible to the eye. Sold a vehicle with multiple issues that passed their “safety inspection”. Brought it to a local garage (live 2 hours away from dealer) and found other more serious and expensive issues. Contacted dealer and GM if the auto service business to see what my options were, they said it’s “as is” but would help by doing the work at cost on parts. This is just a lost car lot. The main lot is the dealership in SLP and are great.
