Thank you Chris. i do appreciate it. reasonable prices, upon replacing the engine the tech dropped and broke my battery. replaced the battery no questions asked. had a couple other issues come up after. My ride was squared away both times with a quickness. besides my personal mechanic in portland, chris and his employees are my new bremerton mechanics and will always be my go to while i live here. Got me in and out. Very reasonable price, and really nice guy. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Called to get an estimate for replacing my master slave cylinder in my mazda. I asked him how much it would be with just labor and he laughed saying he doesn't use parts if they're not from him. I asked about oreillys or any reputable retailer and he laughed again and said no. Could have done without the laughter, I'm just broke and trying to get my car safe to drive again. Didn't need the petty laughter just because I won't buy your overpriced parts..
Brought my truck into Cars Auto and Chris was able to determine the underlying issue. Because the truck was so new it had to be brought to a different shop but I wasn't charged for anything, they got my truck set up to go and even made calls to get me into another shop. Great shop would recommend to family and friends. I will definitely be back.
It's nice when you can find a mechanic who is a straight shooter and this place is a mom-and-pop shop that does good by you and your car. As long as you don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, you're okay.
