Riccardo and his mechanics/technicians are really professionals and caring. For the past few weeks, we were experiencing trouble starting our 2007, 70,000 plus, Honda Accord. To be honest when I saw the 420 5 star reviews. I thought no way. But I was only 2 minutes from his shop, so I stopped by for a diagnostic. I drive a Mercedes so wasn't sure if they could figure it out. But Ricardo new right away what it was. Without the computer. I had just left another shop that had it for 2 days and made an incorrect assenet. Ugh. Than man told me exactly how and what he would charge me. And he did.
