We traveled to Naples from Plantation for a day at the beach, our Audi Q5 broke down and had to be towed to Firestone Complete Auto in Naples since towing the car back to Plantation would cost 1k. We had to be picked up from Miami by a family member. The next day Firestone called saying that they could not fix the PCV Valve and that I had to tow it to Audi cause only them could fix it. Amazing service it was Labor Day. My car had severe issues. I called 8:30 in the morning. Got a return. Call by in 5 to 10 minutes was told to come over there. They did amazing work quickly reasonably very honest would highly recommend these guys.
Excellent service and communication. The texts with pictures are the cherry on top to show the issues with the car before sending over the quote. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Expert and professional staff. Came in because vehicle fan blower motor had died suddenly. Vladel was extremely knowledgeable and provided very transparent pricing (well below what other shops would have charged). Extremely satisfied with service and will be using their services again.
