I don't often leave reviews online, but Cars America is the "cream of the crop" for auto body repair. From attentive customer service to the detailed work, it is nothing less than exceptional. Alfred was so knowledgable, kind and professional. My car repairs were impeccable, and it felt like I had a brand new car when I left. They make sure you are satisifed before you drive away and guarantee all of their work. If your looking at reviews for potential body shops, THIS is the place!

This is the second time I’ve used Cars America, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. While working on the car, they alerted me to the fact that the used car I just bought had actually been in an accident that the dealer hadn't disclosed. They could tell just from looking at discrepancies in the paint that were almost invisible to the naked eye. These guys are such pros that they saw details that 3 other mechanics never even noticed. I come here every time my car is unsightly damaged and am always thrilled with their customer service and results. Alfred takes excellent care of all the details of the process and I don't have to stress about anything. Most importantly, the car always comes back looking brand new! Alfred and the Cars America CC team did an amazing job on fixing our car. They used original parts, communicated progress during the repair, cleaned the car and gave us full documentation of what was done.
