This is the second time I’ve used Cars America, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. While working on the car, they alerted me to the fact that the used car I just bought had actually been in an accident that the dealer hadn't disclosed. I come here every time my car is unsightly damaged and am always thrilled with their customer service and results. Alfred takes excellent care of all the details of the process and I don't have to stress about anything. Most importantly, the car always comes back looking brand new! Alfred and the Cars America CC team did an amazing job on fixing our car. They used original parts, communicated progress during the repair, cleaned the car and gave us full documentation of what was done. I want to start off by saying that I am one who treats my car like it’s dear to me. After damage to my front end, I was stressed and upset about the damages. I went to Alfred and wow, not only was my car completed, they gave it back to me as clean as I handed it over. They are true professionals and will make sure they can ease as much of the burden as possible and make your car repair experience easy going. I now have a permanent place I’ll go to in the future.
