Advertises best car prices because his cars don't work, so of course they are cheap. Drove car twice after purchase and died in middle of road because car had dealer recalls on it as well as transmission that was not any good. Told us car had no issues when we purchased it, when we confronted Frank with the issue he agreed to help with some of the cost on repairs but then gave us the run around and never gave us any money towards the $2400 we had to pay to get transmission fixed.
