purchased a 2015 vehicle that had a new inspection sticker on it. after approximately 3 months, the front began to shudder terribly when brakes were applied. took it to a brake specialty shop for an inspection. found that the pads were gone and rotors were warped beyond repair. I said all this to say that it looks like it was not inspected. so how did it have a new sticker?
