Micheal is an angel. After TripleA told me it would be after 7 and after waiting 2 hours I called Cars by Tito. Micheal stayed on the phone with me till we found a tow right then. Even kept in touch till we got on the road. This place really does care about the people. They treat you like you are there family and not just a number. They will surely have my business now!
Been having trouble with my Buick Encores AC. We decided to drop off the car at this shop because alot of people in the area talked about how great the customer service is and they have been happy with the repairs. They were able to locate and fix the issue with a fast turn around. I would recommend anyone that needs work done to check in with C.a.r.s By Tito. Much easier to deal with than the dealerships.
I went by to have my car checked for a rattling sound underneath & the owner told me "they'd check it for free on Monday". I came back Monday & they did just what they said & quoted me a great price to fix it.
I brought my truck to them they said they could get to it that morning. They lied to me for two days saying they were bringing it in to check it, but didn't and they don't check vehicles to make sure they are lock mine sat there unlocked for two days with a $ 300 item on the front seat. They won't get my business anymore. Nothing stolen from vehicle.
