I love Dr Carruthers . Haven’t had any issues so far. I know she moved to different locations and adjusting so I understand.LOVE Jessica and front office staff AWESOME!!!!!!
After being my doctor for 20 years. I have finally decided to seek medical attention elsewhere. I believe things were taken personal after I expressed my concerns. Concerns regarding my orders for labs not being at the facility when I arrived. Having to repeatedly call and at times nearly beg for things that should have been taken care of during my visit. I went for my first visit and arrived at my appointment time which I understand is running late but I then waited in the lobby for almost the next 45 minutes. I asked what the timeframe was about 20 minutes into waiting and they said I was the doctors first appointment so it would be soon but if I’m their first appointment you would think it wouldn’t be an hour later for me to see them. She’s very personable which is the reason for the 2 stars but she was in with me for less than 10 minutes and skipped over my concerns. I ch... read more
One of the best doctor visits I’ve ever had. The doctor was very professional and friendly. The office environment was clean and professional. She’s my new doctor and I’m glad I found her. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. I believe I not only found a new doctor, but also a new friend.
