Absolutely awful. Took them weeks to respond to simple emails, and then they had a major security breach last year affecting more than 100,000 school employees! Now they are being sued for exposing names, social security numbers, financial account information, drivers license information, W-2 information, tax filings, contribution amounts to 403(b) and 457(b) retirement savings accounts, medical billing records, etc.. Frustrated with them taking my information out of their computer after the security breach. They hired a third party vendor to deal with the issue and were not very helpful.
Carruth has always been very helpful and communicative with myself and our team.
Worked with them for years and they are always responsive and follow up on account setup and maintenance.
