Another review called this place a glorified bandaid station. That's a disservice to bandaid stations. They charged me $3K to sit in an ER room in agonizing pain. I ended up leaving on my own because no one would answer questions or give me lab results, and I don't believe they actually ran tests. Additionally, I was recommended to them for PICC line care so I would not have to make a weekly commute to Tulsa. The weekly commute would have been better. This place needs to be shut down. My father came in couldn’t control his bowels, didn’t know the date his dob who he was much less. Was told he was constipated gave him medication told him he should have treated himself at home. We asked another question and was told by the nurse “the doctor has already gone to sleep it’s been a long day” once coming to another hospital per his pcp we find out my father actually had a stroke. I've had to bring my son and husband to the ER and I've been blown away both times by the exceptional staff - their kindness and care truly shine through in every interaction I've had here.
