Horrible place. Don’t actually help with issues. doctors talked to you maybe 3 minutes ago day. horrible food. horrible staff. do they even care about us?

My child had to receive care here from both the inpatient and the outpatient facility. I highly recommend if your child is in need of any mental health care. Every single nurse doctor and behavioral health tech went above and beyond to make sure that my child received exceptional care while in their care.

The doctor is so rude here I hated seeing him he makes things worse because he just wants to call CPS on every patient I felt misunderstood and he said my parents don't care about me he should be fired I stayed here in September 2024 and the doctor also likes to mess with medication dosages the food isn't that good I wanted to leave everyday patients so called private journals are read through by nosey nurses no privacy here very cold blankets are thin I never want to stay here ever again never the way to treat teenagers str... read more

compared to other hospitals this place is great, its a mental hospital tho so i hated it NOTES -some staff were extremely rude, but only to kids who were violent (eric told some kid he deserved to go back to juvi, i hate you eric) -pillows can be folded in half for more comfort!! -other patients were cool and just like me -food was way better than school food!! also if u dont like it, u can get a pb&j instead so yay! -some staff are so cool and treat you like their your friend, like T!! shes cool :3 -we watcg movies here, ya... read more
