okay so it was lowkey boring the doctor sometimes made me uncomfortable and ben was getting too close to me but ms rachel was the reason i was okay being there but the food was meh and the people there were nice
I was there for about a week and absolutely nothing got better. I felt like a doll the entire time and that I was just there to not be in the real world. It honestly felt like a prison, rather than a hospital. Most of the time I was starving most of the day, and all night long I would cry because the beds were just play mats and a paper thin blanket. This facility’s policy on bathing patients is that they can voluntarily do it themselves according to the most recent admissions advocate. However, a patient who I know of was admitted there 2 years ago, in a deep state of psychosis, and was forced against her will to strip and shower in front of a worker there not even 5 minutes into her stay at Carrus.
